Olvia is an ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL from organically grown olive varieties Adramitini and Kolovi, grown in the highlands of a family olive grove in the heart of Lesvos, Greece. She is characterized by its balanced flavor, bright color and strong aromatic character. Olvia is an extra virgin organic olive oil from organically grown olives. According to the principles of organic farming and the specific rules and practices to be used for fertilization, disease control, the provision of trees in the grove and the pruning, our cultivation is fully certified as FREE OF: chemical or mineral fertilizers, aerial spraying, use of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides. Official controls and standards organizations carry out checks at all our stages of production, conservation, and bottling in order to certify and authorize bio certificate to our product.

My Precious Thyme Honey is produced in Avlemonas, Kythira and it is considered one of the most tasteful Greek honeys. It offers a unique combination of flavor and aroma that stem from the island’s rich in herbs flora.
It contains more than 70% thyme and its color may vary slightly, but will always have an amber hue.
Honey has many beneficial properties, as it boosts the energy levels, while also contributing to the system’s general well-being.
Thyme honey is the world’s best-known Greek honey. Created by the biodiversity-rich Greek nature, it is a superfood with unique benefits for the body. With a high content of thyme pollen grains and valuable ingredients such as polyphenols and phenolic acids, it has confirmed antioxidant and healing action, while stimulating the immune system. It has a very distinctive aroma, amber color, fine texture and pleasant, sweet taste.
A lovely pale yellow color dresses this champagne. Playful trains of bubbles play in the glass and create a slight persistent cord. Its complex nose hints at a strawberry jam, raspberry jelly, peony, vanilla, and plum syrup.
50% Pinot Noir 50% Chardonnay
The taste is toned and silky with a recovery of jammy fruit, mirabelle plums, white peaches, and oranges that follow the first feeling of that nose. The bubble feeling is delicate and round. The relevant dosage allows this Champagne to express an elegant vinosity that ends on grapefruit jelly.
